Marquette Method NFP Instruction Options
The Marquette Method of NFP is a sympto-hormonal method of fertility awareness. It uses hormonal monitoring through urine metabolites with a fertility monitor to read daily levels of estrogen, LH, (CB and Mira) and progesterone (Mira or PROOV strips) to identify the fertile window and confirm ovulation. It is fully compatible with breastfeeding and can be used during postpartum transition back to cycles. It can be used with or without other biomarkers such as mucus and temperature.
