At NFP With Marquette, my goal is to empower women and couples with knowledge of their fertility through their natural and healthy biological markers.  This knowledge is used to help couples to avoid or achieve pregnancy regardless of their reproductive stage in life and without the use of hormones or foreign/artificial means.  

Natural family planning respects your body's healthy functions and works with it, not against it as you plan your family.  While fully in harmony with Catholic church teaching, NFP is not just for Catholics.  Fertility awareness methods are for any woman to who wants to take back control of her fertility and protect her health from the side effects of artificial birth control.
